What skills do you bring to the staff team? i bring teamwork and collaboration and reliability and accountability
A player is clearly breaking rules but claims they “didn’t know.” How do you handle this? Tell them they should have read the rules
upon join the server and saying I didn't know is not a answer and warn them
A fellow staff member is abusing their permissions. What do you do?: I would record the staff member let him know he is abusing his powers
and if he keeps it up it will be reported and sent to higher management
A heated argument breaks out in-character and spills into OOC toxicity. How do you respond? I would control the situation and explain to all
party involved that this is not the time nor place for this toxic mess in this server we don't not allowed toxicity in this server and will not allow it and will warn the party involved.
A well-known or popular player is caught rule-breaking. Does this change your response? Why or why not? This does not change my response as every player is treated the same no matter how popular they are
What does “good roleplay” mean to you? “Good roleplay is when everyone is acting in character and playing the role, they shaped their character
they feel act and play as they are really them.
How do you balance fun vs rule enforcement? Balancing fun vs. rule enforcement is really about protecting the experience, not the rules themselves. A good balance usually looks like this where everybody in the server is enjoying themselves nobody being hurt by it but when people start reporting and saying there being killed over and over again or somebody taken advantage of the rules that's when it gets serious and fun is not being had which is when rules are being held to the max
What would you change or improve about Nuka.gg if you were staff? i would bring a fun mor active atmosphere to the community having fun doing special events seeing smiling faces where people enjoy their time
How many hours per week can you realistically commit? 20 hrs a week 4-5 hrs a day

Why should we trust you with staff permissions? i should be trusted with staff permissions Because i have never ever abused my permission on any server nor have used it to gain or threaten other players
Why do you want to be staff on Nuka.gg? To support the community and Tyler also to get back into gaming so i would love to be apart of this great experience
