- How long have you been part of Nuka.gg? -- Honestly, I've been apart of Tyler's Communities for a few years now, I've been through alot of Iterations of Gamemodes hes created, but on Nuka.gg? I've been here since the creation of the server.
- How active will you be on the server, discord and forums? -- It can be multiple days of the time, it can be a few times a week, I don't exactly know. All I know is I'll put as much time and effort into this community as I can.
- Which position are you applying for? -- I'm applying to be Jade's Super Administrator, I used to be a Manager for Tyler is the past and still might in the future. When he finishes the damn gamemode already. I have numerous years from basic moderation and administration that my knowledge and capability is just common knowledge and understanding on how to enforce certain things and what to keep a lookout for.

- Do you have prior staff experience? -- I'm a Previous Hammerfall Jedi vs Sith Server Maanger, I'm a Retired Community Manager from ASG, I was a Retired Director of Personnel from Icefuse, I've been around the block a few times through the 12 years of staffing, I've been every rank from Trial Moderator to Community Manager/Director. I've even been Server Administrator and Project Lead on Arma 3 Servers.
- Have you ever been removed or resigned from a staff position? -- I've been removed from Nutscript Servers before cause the Owners that do WWII RP are a bunch of dumbasses. I've been removed from Gamemaster before over the little and stupidest things imaginable. I've had to resign because of Community Leadership being a bunch of assholes.
- What skills do you bring to the staff team? -- Dedication, Communication and Coordination. Theres not much to say that, I'll bring my best to the table as far as that anything more to say on that top is a waste.
- A player is clearly breaking rules but claims they “didn’t know.” How do you handle this? -- Slap them with a Verbal Warning, and give me the link to the Rules if they do it again, Kick them from the server with the rules link in the kick message. If they continue to come back and break more rules, then further punishments will be enforced. No one has time for people that dont want to read the rules, it take 5-10 minutes. Ffs
- A fellow staff member is abusing their permissions. What do you do? -- If you have the ability and the power at the time, Remove their access and address the Server Manager/Community Owner of the abusing permissions situation but make sure you have video proof otherwise its a he said / she said situation. Plus logs don't exactly lie either.
- A heated argument breaks out in-character and spills into OOC toxicity. How do you respond? -- If an Argument is happening in IC then nothing you can really do, Its a RP situation, but if they take it to OOC then you slap both of them into a Support call and talk it out, otherwise you gag/mute them both and remind them about the server rules on toxicity.
- A well-known or popular player is caught rule-breaking. Does this change your response? Why or why not? -- No this doesn't change my response towards that individual, If a player is abusing or breaking rules. I don't care if your the Server Manager, I'm gonna enforce it on you as normal. Now with the Owner I can't say shit. But everyone follows the rules thats how the server succeeds otherwise its pointless to have rules.
- What does “good roleplay” mean to you? -- Good Roleplay isn't exactly a meaning to me, any Roleplay is good roleplay, because I get to involve my character in a non-bias situation or I get to develop my characters story further on. The only Non-Good Roleplay is when someone breaks the rules on purpose to disrupt that Roleplay.
- How do you balance fun vs rule enforcement? -- Keep OOC Rule Enforcement out of the eyes of those trying to have fun and roleplay and when those eyes are away from the chaos, then I'll step in and teach the rule breaker alittle bit of business of why they shouldn't break rules.
- What would you change or improve about Nuka.gg if you were staff? -- Just make sure everyone is having fun and everything is going smoothly, If everything is working fine and dandy then nothing needs to be changed except maybe to add a Faction Limit or Character Limit on Joining/Swapping Major factions.
- How many hours per week can you realistically commit? -- That varies day to day, week to week, anywhere from 2-20 Hours.
- Are you able to respond to staff pings or urgent issues when online but not on the server?

- Have you ever been banned, warned or punished on Nuka.gg, Hammerfall Networks or any another RP server? -- Nope.
- Why should we trust you with staff permissions? -- Cause I'm confident in my ability to utilize those staff permissions and I use common sense.
- Why do you want to be staff on Nuka.gg? -- To help out and to make sure that this server doesn't go tits up and back down because of incompetent rp leadership or staff leadership. The owner spent time and resources to bring something to working life, its not right that it fails because people are too stuck up in the mind to see that something works here and theres no reason to destroy it.
- Anything else you’d like us to know? - Yes, if Server Management is on, try In-Call Applications instead of writting them, alot of the time its not needed and they get to know alot about the person just by a voice call.
People are naturally dumb as fuck in this dumb generation, the only thing I can do is try to keep the server up running with higher access support where I have direct access to the server manager and owner. People don't get that many chances anymore, because modern communities worry to much of $$$ and Playerbase Numbers they don't actually care about the players themselves.
